Job Title: Project Manager – Water & Wastewater Industry

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of water and wastewater treatment projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full project lifecycle from proposal, design, procurement, and execution to commissioning.

Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of STPs, ETPs, WTPs, RO plants, and related infrastructure.

Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain project documentation, MIS reporting, and ensure compliance with statutory norms (MPCB, ISO, etc.).

Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and O&M teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering (PMP certification preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years’ project management experience in water/wastewater treatment plants.

Strong knowledge of STP/ETP/WTP/RO systems, BOQs, and techno-commercial aspects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.

Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera/Excel for scheduling and reporting.
