Job Title: Proposal Engineer – Water & Wastewater Industry

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Proposal Engineer with experience in preparing techno-commercial offers for water and wastewater treatment projects. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, preparing competitive proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Study client inquiries, tender documents, and technical specifications.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimations, and techno-commercial proposals for STPs, ETPs, WTPs, and RO systems.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate costing and feasibility.

Develop technical presentations, compliance statements, and proposal documents.

Track proposal status, maintain records, and support negotiation stages with sales/project teams.

Ensure proposals align with company standards, industry practices, and statutory norms.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Environmental/Chemical Engineering.

2–4 years of experience in proposal/tendering in the water & wastewater industry.

Strong knowledge of STP/ETP/RO/WTP processes, equipment sizing, and costing.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).

Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
